We go to one once a year and bring both our big stroller and our Ergo. For smaller craft fairs where the stalls are small, I usually just back carry him in the Ergo unless my husband comes with me and can push the stroller.

@FutureMrsMcK: We also use a large jogging stroller as our primary stroller, but we bought the smaller umbrella stroller from Amazon for travel and for use in tight spaces. Ours was recommended by Mrs. Bee. It's the First Years Ignite stroller, and I think it's just a little over $50.

@Bookish: I think it's grass/paved.
@skibobrown: The BOB is the only stroller we have. I suppose it's not totally out of the question to buy a small umbrella stroller before we go...I'd certainly find use for it when shopping and such...

I've brought our smaller umbrella stroller and stuck the ergo in the basket in case we need it.

Can you bring both and put the ergo in the stroller basket if you aren't using it? But then I guess if he is in the ergo then you'd have to push an empty stroller..

I like having a stroller. Even if los not in it, the diaper bag, purse, things we buy, water bottle, etc. Will go in there.

Is yours paved or dirt/woods? We are taking LO to one in November, and despite it being a woodsy area, we are taking our big stroller along with the ergo... DH doesn't want to have to carry her the whole time, plus we always buy a ton of stuff...at least we'll have somewhere to put it!

Have you done this? We're going to the Ren Faire on Sunday and I'm trying to figure out what we should bring...stroller, Ergo or backpack carrier. We'll likely be there during a nap, but I doubt he'll sleep in any of them...maybe the stroller, but it's a BOB and seems really bulky to bring to something like this?

What did/would you bring?
