-What diapers do you love? My mom and DH love the Bumgenius 4.0. I love Grovia Hybrids myself.
- How many do you have in your stash? A lot. Like....a lot a lot.
- How often do you wash diapers? 1-2 times a week.
- What size is your LO? He's in 3T (at 2 years old).
- Any other cloth related things I should know? We use re-usable liners (that I made from microfleece) that have saved us! My DS is super sensitive to moisture, and somehow these have solved all our rash problems.

Also a BG 4.0 user. We have a few Velcro but I prefer snaps. I bought 1/2 my stash used from HB. The remaining was gifted from my Amazon registry. I buy accessories at Cotton babies. I have about 25. The babe is 12 lbs, we have been using since 9 lbs without any leak problems. We use disposables at night and when we are out of the house. I do laundry once a day, but she is still going through a lot, I expect we can go down to every other. She's 2 1/2 months.

Honestly, it's easy. Any troubleshooting can be done online. I have not had an increase in my water bill and my power bill is slightly higher. I use a drying rack from IKEA.

Also a free time fan! I buy them at cotton babies. I also like the blueberry diapers when I can snag them on sale. E is a 2T, 25 months old, 25 pounds and some change....we add thirsties hemp liners at night-she gets two now. We have probably 45-50 diapers for two kids, but T isn't in them yet. Disposables during the day and we do laundry once a week maybe? We have a bigger stash because it wasn't happening often enough.

I agree with everything @littlebug says! HB hates me so I've attempted to comment 3 times but it keeps deleting my response. I'd just add snaps are better than Velcro. We have about 40 diapers and wash 2-3 times a week but we wash when the pail is full, 20ish, diapers not when we run out. He's 20 months and 2t. Have a newborn as well but she's currently too small for the freetimes but I'm hoping to have enough for both kids. I bought a large section of out diapers used and saved a lot of money if that's something you'd consider. I'd recommend momsmilkboutique.com or directly from cottonbabies either will stand behind the product during the 1 year warranty if something goes wrong

LO is six weeks old and we have 21 Freetimes. We do laundry every day and it's not enough. Fortunately she still fits the newborn size diapers (Kissa fitteds and some cloth eez fitteds with covers) or we'd run out before the clean Freetimes were dry. Hoping her output decreases soon. We like the Freetimes a lot so far.

-What diapers do you love? Bum Genius 4.0! We had Charlie Bananas, too, but they did not hold up.
- How many do you have in your stash? 26
- How often do you wash diapers? Washed every two days. LO is 23 mos and not in cloth often anymore because daycare only accepts disposables.
- What size is your LO? She always wore one size from 9 lbs on.
- Any other cloth related things I should know?
Wash routine is important! At wash routine I do rinse + cold wash with detergent + hot wash and no detergent. Avoids soap build up! I also agree that Biokleen spray is great. Also--when they do stain, drying them in the sun works miracles!

I love BumGenius 4.0 for daytime and sustainable babyish plus Blueberry coverall for night. Kiddo is almost 2 years old and is 27 pounds - we've been using the Bumgenius 4.0 since 2 months old and we used slightly smaller fitted plus cover diapers when she was first sleeping through the night (Imagine one size bamboo plus Imagine cover). I probably have around 40 diapers total now (addiction to cute prints plus adding some for baby #2) but had 24 4.0s plus 3 fitteds in the beginning. I wash diapers every 2 or 3 days.

@MrsRcCar: Kelly's Closet. One thing. We got the velcro closures because we thought they'd be easier. I'm sure they are, but if we have another baby, I'll need to replace a lot of the velcro. If I could do it again, I'd get snaps.

@Torchwood: Sorry! The Bac-Out spray.

-What diapers do you love? - We only have BG Freetimes and a few Kawaii Good Nights. The Kawaii ones are really bulky, but he was a heavy wetter overnight for a while and was consistently leaking out of the Freetimes. Otherwise, we love our Freetimes.

- How many do you have in your stash? - We started out with 24, which was perfect. I've since added 4 Kawaiis and another Freetime because I wanted the limited edition print.

- How often do you wash diapers? - When D was wearing them all day every day, I was washing every 2-3 days. Now that he's only wearing them overnight and on weekends (we moved and our new daycare doesn't do cloth), I can get away with once a week.

- What size is your LO? - He's 27m, but the Freetimes are one-size, so good from 8lb and up (though at the class we took the instructer said they tend to leak until about 12lb, so we waited till he was 12lb to start using them)

- Any other cloth related things I should know? - Get BioKleen! Every time you take off a diaper, spray a few shots of BioKleen spray. We've been cd'ing for 2 years and there is minimal staining. Plus, it helps with the stink. And don't bother with the diaper sprayer - use rice paper liners so you can just lift out the poop and drop it in the toilet.

My dear bees I am looking to jumping ship to cloth diaper. Please answer some questions for me.
-What diapers do you love?
- How many do you have in your stash?
- How often do you wash diapers?
- What size is your LO?
- Any other cloth related things I should know?

I finally got DH on board. We are both sick of paying out for disposable diapers. Plus we are moving to a place with free water and washer and dryer in unit.

Thanks in advance.
