@CupQuakeWalk: thanks! Hummus doesn't seem to bother her at all but I haven't attempted any other sort of beans lol. I went shopping today and picked up some hummus, wheat pita, guacamole ingredients, soy free veggie chips, almond milk creamer, and coconut oil for cooking. Also found the Amy's burrito @Rainbow Sprinkles!

@Ash: I couldn't find any Lara bars but I swear they had every other bar on the market!

I'm also stocked up on eggs, salad ingredients, and breakfast sausage :)

@Cara M. 17: be careful with hummus though; it is made out of chick peas which are highly gassy.
Also: Chili works with the diet but is also going to make you gassy and might irritate the baby's tummy.

Hummus and avocado were my go to's for when I wanted cheese or smooth anything.

I ate a lot of eggs (boiled, scrambled).

Lots of tuna (but I love tuna). Lots of sweet potatos.

I would make dairy free/soy free cookies with enjoy life chocolate chips. Enjoy life brand is completely top 8 allergen free and I could get them from Amazon.

Now, if I had to do it my go to would be Happy Times. They have the MOST delicious gluten free cookies that only have corn in them. And the sunbutter gluten free snack bars are good.

Hmm...it's been so long but I'm racking my brain:
I had a lot of:

Steaks
Tuna & tortilla chips
Guacamole
Turkey sandwiches (no cheese, pickles, tomatos, lettuce, turkey)
Kabobs (chicken or beef, can easily be frozen)
Lots of BBQing with grilled veggies, grilled shrimp and chicken, fresh chopped fruits like watermelon
Fish sticks and ketchup
Boiled egg sandwich (you boil the egg, mush it up with salt, pepper & olive oil and stuff it into a tortilla and roll the tortilla up)
Pretzels
TRAIL MIX <<so much protein (the kind with nuts, raisins, M&Ms)
Soups like Lentil soup (so easy to make) or Tortilla soup
Burgers without mayo or cheese
Green smoothies or any smoothie, really
Oatmeal with fruit (use water instead of milk)
Some cereals with almond milk (but I really hate almond milk)
Sushi
Lots of rice dishes (like Indian food)
That's all I can think of right now but I'll come back if I remember what else I did.
Luckily for us, it was MUCH less severe by 6m and totally gone by about 9m.

What are your go to items for snacking and quick lunches? I've been eating mostly dairy free (no obvious dairy) since December, but LO continues to show signs of sensitivity so I'll be changing my diet again most likely (meeting with her doctor on Tuesday).
