DH is part of a dc tailgate that caters to other fans as well. They can't officially sell food, but they welcome others and ask for a donation to cover food. You just walk around and enjoy the sights. They are usually vendors to buy food and drinks from. As a total outsider to the whole thing, we have been to a number of American football games. We just go to the stadium area, buy beer, and walk around the tailgating area. It's really cool to do that. Everyone seems to love xfinity. Aside from that I don't know how you'd tailgate without a car!
