It needs work (just cosmetic unless something on an 8 year old house comes up in the inspection) but it's painting/cleaning/etc. The finishes and location are all perfect. Exactly what we wanted. We low balled them and they came down a substantial amount but we are still above what we wanted to spend so we are sending back a counter offer for just a bit. Please send me your good juju!!!!! :) </p>
