It’s hard to recycle car seats and pretty much the only way you can do it is during Target’s recycling events. I just saw that one is happening now through May 4, and you can get a 20% off coupon toward other seats/strollers/gear if you bring one in. Most of the stores are participating and they take all sorts of car seats, including expired ones. </p>
