<description>&#60;p&#62;My doctor recommend 15-30 g for breakfast, 15-30 for lunch, 30-45 for dinner, and 0-15 for snacks. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I aim for 15 at breakfast, usually 15-30 at lunch, and i have a hard time not eating the full 45 at dinner. Snacks I try to keep 1 at 15 and the other at 0. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Fasting sugar is to be below 90, and under 120 an hour after meals. &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm a PA-C (physican assistant) at an endocrinology office, and I recommend my GD patients to eat less than 40 grams of carbs per meal and 15 grams of carbs per snack.  Fasting blood sugar goal is &#38;lt;95 and 1 hour after meals is &#38;lt;130.  Hope this helps!
