LOVE. I buy one for all my pregnant friends now. 1-for c-sections, it helped a ton with avoiding ab muscle use, but 2-it helped suck everything in super fast. I swear by it. I also had a friend buy a less structured belly band, and I let her try my bandit. She bought one immediately because she said it was so much better. I didn't talk about this product specifically but she said there is a growing body of evidence that belly binding does help women to heal faster in regards to the separation of abdominal muscles. She said the most basic binders are best from what she has seen.
