At preschool age if the child is involved it can be very educational, fun and set them up for Instilling the values of education, creativity, generosity, kindness. You could always make up a little poem each day that goes along with the theme but no gift - then at the end of the week do a gift card??</p> <p>Like Monday is flowers - so make a paper flower and attach a card that says " Flowers are pretty but they die too soon! I hate that it is so "planned" and each day times 3 teachers really adds up. In the past I have just saved my money and pooled it for a gift card for the end of the week. I may still try to participate without spending money because I would rather give the money straight to the teacher rather than on flowers in addition to the other 20 they are getting. The suggested schedule includes: </p> <p>Monday - "Flower Day"<br /> Tuesday - "Make a card Day"<br /> Wednesday - "Parent Potluck"<br /> Thursday - "Pamper Day"<br /> Friday "Sweets Day" </p> <p>I'm going to start brainstorming ideas! </p>
