Taking off the whole time would be SO nice, unfortunately I will have to go back for a variety of reasons. For example, I will use all of my 12 weeks FMLA. Hopefully this one is born right after Christmas Break starts so I don't actually start FMLA until January (and get paid for the break!) but if he/she comes early, I will just take what I can.</p> <p>You don't want to say you'll come back and then go late! I pray that I'm not late like I was with DS, but I had considered saying I'll come back for the start of 2nd quarter, but I'd really rather just have a set number of weeks, rather than losing time if he's late (if he's early, I think I'd do the quarter thing).</p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
