<description>&#60;p&#62;DD (5 years old) really struggles with self regulation. When she's upset she doesn't know how to calm down. Same as when she's super excited. Admittedly I'm not that great either when I'm frustrated, and I don't really know how to teach her to calm herself. We've tried some breathing exercises and we have a calm bottle, but she doesn't really use it. How have you helped your kids' regulation skills?
