I spent entire summers there. I got my payback when I started working in the mall in HS and was basically a forced babysitter for a bunch of 13 years olds whose parents would drop them off in the morning and pick them up after work. There is nothing worse than packs of middle schoolers. </p> <p>Also, we have a small water park in town and it was a common place to drop your kids off at during the summer, too. </p> <p>Now if we're talking places to underage drink in HS, we had code names for various places in the woods around town. "The Pyramids" was one of my HS's more popular places, and was basically a dirt road. So we'd hang out there (up in the bleachers) or McDonald's sometimes. Or the skate park, or just go to friend's houses. </p> <p>I hate when I see teens hanging out at kid's playgrounds now a days! They do it during the day here as well. One time it was like, lunch time, and there were all these teens all over the playground equipment, and they were making out! And there were moms there with kids who were trying to play! Gross :(</p> <p>They also like to hang out at train stations here, and in the train station parking lot. Lame-o. We ran around on about 500 acres. I lived across the road from my boyfriend and next door to 2 of my best friends. We had make out locations in the barns, horse trailer living quarters and in a few old cars on the property. Life sure was fun and carefree back then lol. My dad would drop me off. You wanted to get there early to socialize with whoever else showed up on Friday night! Some not so good things happened there. No one went to go see a movie if you know what I mean. </p> <p>As I got older and was able to drive myself, my friends and I would hang out at the local playground after dark and smoke cigarettes. So cool.</p> <p>Once we put a large firecracker in the toilet in the bathroom there and ran. I still feel bad about that.
