Anyways, he's been drooling and gnawing on his hands like mad for the past month. I can see the tooth below the gums, can't wait for it to finally come through, but I'll miss his gummy smile.</p> <p>The pediatrician recommended 2.5 ml of baby Tylenol before bed, which we've been doing most nights. Tylenol ended up being the biggest help. She was waking from the pain, but with Tylenol could rest.
