We just went through this exact same thing. FOUR top teeth at once and ZERO good naps. I used Tylenol a few nights when it got really bad. Other than that just a lot of holding and a lot of patience. This started 2 weeks ago and the whole thing got much better after the teeth broke through. The drama tapered off after about 1.5 weeks and we're back to normal.

In the meantime, lots of distraction helped with the fussies. Lots of time outside, in the baby pool, grocery shopping, visiting relatives, anything to distract her from the teeth. Good luck and it most certainly will pass!

DS is teething, cutting his top FOUR TEETH at the same time!!!!

he cut his bottom two at 4.5 months without us even knowing! so i'm at a loss. this past week, he's only been napping 30 min either in the car or being worn in a podaegi!

we didn't even think about teething until halfway through the wk because i thought it was just a 3 to 2 nap transition and that we hadn't figured out his new awake times yet. (mommy fail).

his fourth tooth on the left has cut, i can see the front two whites just about to cut through... but they still haven't come in yet.

thankfully he still sttn 7-630, but i feel so awful when he's got purple bags under his eyes from being so tired!! he's never fought sleep or nap and is crying to be put down :( aside from when we try to put him down, he's his happy go lucky self. just wanting to play or be held more...

we've tried teethers (he doesn't like anything besides sophie or his/our fingers), hyland's gel, hyland's tabs, tylenol, and 1 dose of advil... he seemed to better today, so we didn't give him anything at all and is sleeping okay for the night.

just venting, looking to commiserate, and to hear THIS TOO SHALL PASS?
