@Cherrybee: no kidding! Great news though. I hope she does too!

@Weagle: we've been offering a lot, but she won't take more than 2 ounces at a time or nurse more than a few minutes when we offer more. And if we try to stretch it out more, that backfires too! we can't force feed her :(

LO usually worked it out herself. You could just offer more during the day for the next few days.

I don't know if this is the norm, but E generally regulated herself with little intervention. Teething is the pits.

My lo cut her first tooth last weekend, and as of this morning #2 is through thank god! She's been refusing to eat during the day and has therefore been eating a LOT overnight. She went from maybe waking once for a feed to waking every 3 hours for long feeds. Obviously she's making up the calories because it hurts too much to eat when she's awake.

But now that the teeth are through, do I need to do anything differently to get her back to eating more during the day? If your lo stopped eating during the day from teething, did he or she go back to normal after on his/her own? I'm just hoping she hasn't made a habit of it that's going to make it more difficult to change. Any tips for increasing daytime intake? (She's mostly on bm still, we just started purees).
