And now his canines are coming in, poor guy.</p> <p>I made the comment to DH last month that I just want my happy baby back, and I'm starting to get glimpses of him again 2 months later. Hang in there! He has 6 teeth already and they were an absolute breeze. Now, if he isn't medicated, he's a little drooling miserable terror. When did your kids teethe their first molars, and how long did they take to break through? </p>
