C had so many poopy diapers last week- like maybe six a day from 2 or so normally. But nothing seemed to be bothering her. This week every night she's crying and sounds like she's in pain, can't sleep, chomping down on anything she can get in her mouth. The past week, he's been digging into his left ear, and we read ear pulling is associated with teething. This past week, the number of poopy diapers has gone up astronomically per day! He probably has 4+ poopy diapers per day vs 1 poopy diaper every 2-3 days before.</p> <p>Is more #2 diapers a sign of teething as well or no? His poop appears normal in consistency.</p> <p>Also, any tips on consoling/soothing the pain with teething? He's been screaming like crazy and is extra fussy the past 2 days. We've tried Hyland's teething tablets, but they don't seem to do anything. </p>
