@MamaMoose: thanks. Our peds nurses line recommended Tylenol but I'm against reducing fever unless it's at a dangerous level so I won't be calling them again. I will try the hospital nurses line of it gets alarming

@Mrs. Sunshine: ok since she's not a newborn that level of fever is nothing to get too upset over. Sounds like a little cold. I would just keep an eye on her and try to nurse/push fluids as much as possible.

@Mrs. Sunshine: I think 99.2 is actually in the normal range for an infant...anything above 99.4 is low-grade and anything above 100.4 is a fever. I am guessing just a cold. I'd just keep an eye on her temp. Hope she feels better!

It sounds like a little bug. I would just try to keep her hydrated and let her get as much rest as she wants. With such a low grade fever, I don't think there's much else to be done.

LO had her first fever :crying: it's low grade right now (99.2) & she has a runny nose. Her nose was bothering her/preventing her from breathing all night last night but she seemed fine otherwise. She is in a fairly good mood considering but is sleeping A TON. Would you say this sounds like teething or a little bug?
