@locavore_mama: I bet it is now that I think about it - it's further back than a canine would be. I was so surprised to see that one. I only knew about the front bottom two.

@Smurfette: I hope the tops are easy on us too!

My LO is a fast teether so I think when we saw whites it was popped through within 2 weeks.

Wow, canines this early! It might be one more to the right of the canines. Canines aren't suppose to come much later. Although who knows my Lo didn't exactly cut teeth in order nor in the time range per the charts.

Not too long. Sadie already has 8 teeth and she's only 8 months! For us, it usually takes about 1.5-2 weeks between first spotting and break-through.

@lovehoneybee: I'm glad to know it didn't take too long for him to cut them! Our ped said it could be months and I about cried. I feel bad for him!

2-3 weeks? His pedi could see/feel them at 4.5 months, and I think they popped through right at or just after 5 months (bad mommy didn't write it down!)

One tooth popped up before we knew she was teething. Then it took a couple weeks before it's pair broke the gum. Then a couple more weeks before they fully came in. Her top two came in within 4 days of when we first saw the white spot and then it's mate within 5 days.

Top were so muh easier than the bottom.

DS had his 4 month check-up today (he's 4.5 months now) and we can see THREE teeth buds! His ped confirmed he saw them too. The front two on bottom, and one random spot on the side - pretty sure it's a canine.

How long did it take for the teeth to erupt after you could see them below the surface?
