I've followed dosing instructions closely, but she's definitely been getting several doses a day. And, the pacifier is getting some extra love! It was (still is) pretty miserable. She did 3 molars at once, then finally got the last one in, but is getting it with three canines. Because there are 4 point on a molar, it was like cutting several at once. All four came in followed immeditatly by the canines. I think it took a week or two for the first set (tops) to come in, then we got a week "off", then it took another week for the bottoms to come in. We try not to do pain relievers if we can help it because she often vomits when we give them to her (I think she hates the taste), so we just let her have the pacifier more (normally she only gets it at night, but when teething she gets it during the day). We had a few bad nights of sleep but it was over pretty fast luckily.
