There is a little bit of light that comes in at the edges, but we have curtains there and it is way darker than Liam's room has ever been, so it works. I sewed my own. Very easy. Just find curtains you like so you don't have to mess with hemming them. Measure the liner length, hem. Put the right sides together with the blackout liner a bit narrower than the curtain fabric, then turn right side out.
