Thank you for the feedback!
We live in the suburbs and would mostly be using the stroller for walks around the neighborhood and to the park.

We have a Bumbleride. There's an attachment, literally a bar, that we use to accommodate the car seat. You could also get a Snap N Go to get you through until you use the car seat for bigger trips.

I LOVE my BOB Revolution SE. The infant car seat (britax b-safe for BOB) snaps right in (you do have to purchase the car seat adapter but it was super easy to install) I walk in both the city and suburbs and the stroller is great for both. It is on the bigger side, so keep that in mind for storage. http://www.bobgear.com/strollers/revolution-se

What sort of area do you live in? City / suburbs / rural etc? Do you use a car or do a lot of walking?

You probably need to think about what sort of use your stroller will get then narrow it down from there, it's almost impossible to find one stroller to tick every box! In my experience, all-terrain strollers / prams tend to be heavy and bulkier but lighter strollers don't always stand up to rougher terrain or heavy use.

I am overwhelmed by strollers. I was going to put off the purchase until next spring, but people keep suggesting I'll want one before then.
Baby is coming end of November. I want one that converts from a pram to a stroller for bigger kids.
I was gifted an Eddie Bauer car seat that doesn't have a matching stroller.
What should I do? Which stroller should I buy? I have no idea!
