I had light reddish brown blood that turned into thicker brown and ten slowly turned peachy colored then stopped over the course of 4 or 5 days from 9/10 DPO. The first pregnancy I had just the tiniest bit of pink when I wiped, them nothing. I hope it's a good sign! You may be more than 6DPO if you O'd earlier from acupuncture. Good luck!!

EDIT: sorry just saw your update. I've had wonky cycles too. Perhaps your body is just readjusting after the progesterone? B6 may help if you aren't already taking it.

@AmeliaBedilia: I had a 21 day cycle around month 4 and freaked out. OB says it's common to have a wacky cycle very so often.

@AmeliaBedilia: I'm sorry :( . Sometimes the body just had a whacked out cycle for no rhyme or reason. I had a 15 day cycle my 7th cycle TTC and that happened to be the cycle I had gone to see my OB for testing (bc I'm 35). And basically the body sometimes has a weird short cycle every now and then...it was so frustrating bc I wanted answers and had to wait another cycle to repeat the testing. I got my BFP the next cycle. So a short cycle doesn't mean something is wrong. Big hugs though bc I know how frustrating it can be to not have any answers

Update: red and heavier- really seems like AF, but I don't get how I had a 5 day LP. The shortest I have had prior to this since TTC (16 cycles) is 10 days. Can stopping the progesterone make your LP get even worse? Could acupuncture have done it? (One session where she said all my meridians were fine, except my spleen meridian, which is one of the 3 main fertility ones- that is now fixed.) Please help!

Mine was pink, and only once when I wiped. I never needed a liner. However, I've known others who have had heavier bleeding.

@lilyofthewest: Still spotting but I *think* lighter (hopefully it's not just wishful thinking), mostly brown with slightly pink. Sorry for so much TMI, but this is one of the things I love about hellobee. I haven't tested since I believe I am 6DPO. I think I am stuck waiting and still going crazy, but everyone's thoughts really helps.

@AmeliaBedilia: maybe implantation or a wacky cycle. Only way to know is to test. With DS I had no implantation with this pregnancy I had one streak of blood and that was it.

My experience is that acupuncture has only done clearly positive and normalizing things for my cycle, but, my acupuncturist cautioned me at my first appointment to expect the unexpected.

She said that sometimes the easiest route the body can find to a healthier (and more fertile) homeostatic set point may involve one really weird cycle as things start moving.

My typical luteal phase is 10-12 days. After many regular cycles with normal SA, CD3 labs, My family doctor said I might have a LP deficiency and I could try that during the luteal phase if I wanted. I did for 3 cycles without success, and temping stresses me out, so we decided to do acupuncture this cycle and no progesterone. I almost always O on CD15. I am now having spotting or early AF on CD21. It makes sense with implantation but seems heavier than I would expect. I have NEVER had a period this short or any kind of spotting like this.

What do you think is going on here? If you had implantation bleeding, what was it like?
