We have a BOB sport utility stroller (fixed front wheel), we really didn't need the fixed front wheel (good offer on craigslist!) we have taken it on hikes and such and it handles really well on uneven paths. It is NOT a compact stroller and takes up alot of space in the trunk.

@Weagle: Thanks for your recommendation! It won't be warm enough to run with LO in the stroller until she's at least 6 months, so all we would be doing prior to that would be walks/going to races.

We have the BOB Revolution and love it. You may want to consider a fixed wheel if it's not your main stroller. No jogging stroller folds up super compact though. And though many have carseat adapters, it's not recommended to run with an infant under 6 months (or later, depending on stroller recommendations).

My husband and I are searching for a jogging stroller, and there are a ton of options! Pre-pregnancy, I was a long distance runner/trail runner and my husband is a mountain biker. We both like to go on hikes and support each other at our races, so our stroller will need to be able to handle uneven terrain as well as the road. Also, we drive a Nissan Versa hatchback, so anything we get will need to fold compactly.

What stroller do you have? What are your likes/dislikes about it? Did you use it with a small infant with the car seat attachment (our car seat is a Graco SnugRide 35).
