It was over after a week and then his sleep returned to normal...for a few weeks...until the 4 month sleep regression....then his sleep was bad for a few weeks and we swaddle weaned/crib trained then. But after the 4 month sleep regression his sleep was more or less permanently better. The babies went from sleeping 7:00pm-4am ish to now having 1-2 wake ups in that timeframe. Naps are also shorter and they are a little fussier and will nurse more frequently. Is this the 3 month growth spurt and/or 12 week wonder week? Was this what it was like for you? </p>
