So of course I've been googling mucus plug ever since. Pretty much everything I'm finding says it will be clear or white and possibly twinged with red, pink, or brown. But my whole plug was brown/snot colored. I haven't had anything bright red or any actual bleeding. And no discharge since the plug came out. So I'm not super worried but it doesn't seem like what I experienced is at least unusual. Did anyone else have a brown mucus plug? </p>
