Picked it based on reviews. They have awesome customer service - when there was a problem w our mattress they were so quick to resolve it. They sent us a new mattress promptly and I dealt with the VP himself. I did some research (why I didn't do this before the baby was here, I don't know). It came down to the Naturepedic or the Nook Pebble. The Nook is $100 more but I really like the concept of it, so I decided to go with it! I can't believe I just spent $400 on a tiny mattress, but we didn't buy a stroller or a crib or anything else big-ticket, so this is my one baby splurge.
