@Anagram: LOL! That's not a bad idea. I'm bummed I can't wear my poor Aggie ring for much longer... no getting a cheaper version of that haha! I think I'll look into getting a cheapy band for my ring finger

@Bookworm: I'm too afraid to wear mine on a necklace, because I've had nice necklaces come off my neck (when the clasp broke), and fall off and I never felt a thing! I'll probably just keep them in the jewelry box and maybe buy a cheapie ring to wear in the meantime.

I asked DH if he would buy me another ring to wear while I'm a fat preggie, and you should have seen his face. So then I had to clarify that I mean a cheap, fake ring (not another entire diamond E ring and band). Men.

I'm 37+1 right now and my feet and hands are so swollen, a lot of my shoes don't fit. I have one pair of flats and a couple of pairs of running shoes and winter boots that I am surviving with! I really hope they don't stay big.

They were HUGE...and I mean HUGE. I literally couldn't even fit into flip flops, crocs, ANYTHING towards the end of my pregnancy. And I have to dress up for work!! Good news is that my feet went back to normal size though. It took a couple of weeks though.

@Anagram: Yep, we are right around the same time! I'm 23w3days, soo basically the same :) Yeah, I'm getting pretty big indents in my fingers, and I just tried to take off my rings at work and *OUCH*. Siiighhh. What are you going to do with yours? I want to wear them on a necklace or something but I'm afraid I'd lose it... :/

I definitely plan on stocking up on cheap Target flip-flops in a month or two!! I splurged on some 18$ Havaianas for work :p

@Bookworm: I think we're pretty close in terms of EDD. I'm 23 weeks tomorrow, how far are you?

I just started noticing a little swelling in my fingers this week. I have indentations on my finger when I take off my wedding/erings to shower, and I never had those before, but they aren't uncomfortable yet, and I can still get them off easily. My feet seem the same (for now), but I'm sure the swelling will get worse as time goes on.

I'm happy that at least it will be summer when the swelling gets realllly serious, and if I have to pick up a couple pairs of cheap shoes at Target for the last trimester, oh well! I'm a little more sad about my rings.

I didn't swell at all and my feet stayed the same size while pregnant.

I am now at least half a size smaller than I was pre preg. For some reason, pregnancy made me ankles smaller and feet narrower. Same with my fingers....I had to get my rings sized smaller! I have no idea why....oh the weird things pregnancy does to you!

Only a little swelling before labor, and then they turned into massive hideous swollen things due to all the fluids I had. That went away as soon as I got home and could be active and put my feet up. They went back to their right size, but I have to wear more supportive shoes now.

They went up maybe a half size near the last bit of pregnancy and totally blew up after my c-section. I think it was all the iv fluids. But they went back to regular size a few weeks pp.

Ugh i'm scared right now, lol. The swelling in my feet hit during my 9th month. They are flippin gigantic. I've been wearing tennis shoes and ONE pair of leather flats that will be stretched out. I take my shoes off at work under my desk so I don't continue to stretch them out! I also don't want to stretch out my other pairs of shoes. Even my flip flops are a bit tight. They have MAJOR pitting edema going on. My feet are like memory foam and I hope they go back to pre-preg size. They seem wider/taller most of all. I've had to loosen the laces on my trainers. I'm already a size 10, so....yeah. Already limited on size options!

Hugely swollen feet and ankles. Absolutely none of my shoes fit by the end except for flip flops. Stayed swollen for a week or two after the birth. Now they are back to pre-pregnancy size ever since.

Mine were so swollen I had to buy a few new pairs including heels to get me through the holidays. People delighted in telling me they weren't going to go back to normal (I have a prolific shoe collection!) But the size bigger flats I had on were falling off as I left the hospital and by a week after delivery I could wear all my old shoes and the ones I bought were giant.

I'm curious as to others' experiences on foot swelling/growth during and after pregnancy! Mine recently started swelling and between that and preggo growth (or it might just be the swelling!), I'm up almost a whole size. My poor beautiful shoes are almost all too small!

If your feet grew during pregnancy, did they go back to their normal size? Stay the same? How long did it take?
