Baby is in a second closet in our room, so he already sleeps on his own in a crib. We plan to wait till he is consistently sleeping through the night but right now he is doing 10-11 hours at a time so I'm hoping we are close. I'm curious how everyone else does this - did you do anything special to transition, and how do you negotiate different bedtimes, naptimes, and do they get used to being together so they sleep through each others' wakings? Ours usually wake up at almost the exact same time currently so that's a plus :) </p>
