Where? In my office.

Pump: Medela freestyle and simple wishes bustier.

How often? Twice a day, usually at 930 and 130. My boobs are usually really full in the morning. If I have a meeting or something, I do it earlier or later.

Do you work? I try to so I can take my full lunch hour, since it's so nice to have a little time to relax. I do email or research. I only have the pump on for 10 minutes usually, even though it takes a few minutes to set up and put away.

Process: I keep everything in the little insulated bag, and stick the pump parts in the fridge. I use a bunch of tissues every day to wipe things off. Then I wash everything when I get home at night, when I'm making the bottles for the next day.

Where do you pump?
My classroom has a large bathroom that doubles as a radiology room, so I pull a chair in there and sit with my laptop at a table and pump. I could commandeer an office, but we have so little space and enough people that I don't want to get walked in on- nothing else has a locking door either.

What pump do you use? What other supplies (special pumping bra, etc)?
Hygeia Enjoye with the internal battery and a pumping bra I bought at BRUS. No need to find a plug in! Sometimes I just bring a manual pump and pull over the car in a quiet place if I run out to grab lunch.

How often do you pump? At what times?
I work 1-2 days a week, so most of the week I am home and pump first thing in the morning, at noon, and at bedtime. When I work, I still pump the same times- only the noon one at work (the others before I leave for work or before bed), I can usually grab 10-15 minutes at lunch.

How do you fit it into your schedule? During my lunch hour, I teach so it isn't realistic for me to stop class to pump. I literally have no other times in the day that I can do it when at work.

Do you work during your pumping times?
Sometimes if my workload is large or I'll answer e-mails, other times I read or surf the internet.

What's the process like? (washing parts, storing/refrigerating milk, etc.)
I have a small lunch sized ice cooler bag that my bottles and parts fit into. I rinse them after use and really wash them once I get home. I put them back in the ice cooler and stick them in our office fridge. This way it isn't obvious that there is milk in there. I always have to write a note to myself not to forget it at the end of the day.

Where do you pump? Empty conference room with occupied sign

What pump do you use? What other supplies (special pumping bra, etc)? Ameda Purely Yours Pump, Simple Wishes hands free bra, Medela 5 ounce bottles, Planet Wise Medium wet bag.

How often do you pump? At what times? Usually three times at the office...7, 10 and 1. Sometimes I will pump during my commute home.

How do you fit it into your schedule? I usually skip lunch and take 3 twenty minute pump breaks.

Do you work during your pumping times? No, I check HelloBee and eat.

What's the process like? (washing parts, storing/refrigerating milk, etc.) I don't wash parts at work...I just put them into a Planet Wise medium wet bag after I use them and stick the bag in the refrigerator. The pumped milk is stored in that same bag.

I work at home (drop LO off with my mom in the morning) so I pump right at my desk and work through it. I pump with my Hygeia Enjoye and also use the Medela Handsfree Bustier (love it and can't pump without it!). I also don't wash my parts - I pour the milk into storage containers or bags and put them in the fridge until end of work day.

Here's my schedule:
0630a - nurse
1000a - pump
0100p - pump
0400p - pump
0630p - nurse
0730p - nurse / bedtime
1200a - pump
