With my first, I felt punished for taking maternity leave and having been back at work since Sept. '12, things are just starting to feel normal again. I have been with my company for over 5 years and am a valuable employee but I feel like the news will put me on the chopping block.</p> <p>I am beginning to show and need to tell her but I cannot put aside my fears. Any advice? </p>
