It is NOT your problem/responsibility to cover the other two employees' leave! I also have someone else at my very small office who announced some leave a few weeks before I was ready to announce my pregnancy. It took a lot of reminders from my husband: I will not apologize for my pregnancy. I imagine my boss will have a heart attack for how the office will be ran during all the babies being born next year :-(. </p>
