I worked in professional services firm and worked with multiple clients. A lot of my clients loved me and would ask me to join them. I worked from home and was paid great contractor rates (downside, no benefits obvi) and a couple months later they had me come in for the full time position interviews. The employer indicated there's a possibility of permanent depending on work load. But I'm not optimistic because I was at a temp job over the summer that I was not offered a full time position after the assignment was done. </p>
