<description>&#60;p&#62;Agree w/ pp's. When I was temping some days I'd wake up a sweaty mess &#38;amp; my temp wasn't that different than mornings I woke up feeling &#34;normal&#34;.  Do make sure you use a BBT so that you have the added sensitivity, but it is worth getting a few cycles of temping in before you can really see your personal trends.  :goodluck:
