@ShootingStar: With my new clinic they do the pre-filled Ovidrel, I think. I know it's pre-filled. I can't remember the name. My old clinic used something else (Pregnyl?) and that was not pre-filled.

@bluestriped bee: Which trigger did you do? I don't remember my dosage, it was the standard Ovidrel pre-filled syringe. The other triggers have a longer half life, I think.

I generally had it in my system until about 8DPO, but it did seem to fluctuate. There's one month I had it until 12DPO and in retrospect I have no idea if it was really the trigger, or it was a CP. The cycle with Declan, it was technically out on 8 and 9DPO, but it was coming up really lightly positive after 10 minutes. So again, not sure if that was the pregnancy or the trigger sticking around. For that cycle I also used different tests - I normally used cheapies but I lost them so I went out bought FRERs, which definitely had a different sensitivity that than wondfos.

But anyways, I really wouldn't worry about it being gone. That's really good news, because now you can test at any time and be confident that if it's positive then you are in fact pregnant.

@ShootingStar: And that's normal to be out at this time? I know we talked about this on another thread, but I thought from our discussion that it might still be in my system. I guess it's different for everyone. Didn't you have it in your system for like 10 DPO?

So I've never tested out my trigger but yesterday at 6 DPO, my test showed negative. It looks like it's out, right?

@Mrs. Jump Rope: yup, looks like it's out! I never really tested mine out (by testing every day), but I have had :bfn: about 6 days after the trigger.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: Definitely try again tomorrow with FMU. It's possible your urine is diluted. When did your symptoms start? They might still be from the Ovidrel but if they continue...you never know!

@spaniellove: thanks! I'll try again tomorrow, too.

I'm surprised its out of my system already. I'm still having strong side effects & was hoping they were pregnancy signs but kind of thought they'd be from the ovidrel. Now I'm even more confused :(

It's a good idea to test out your trigger with FMU so you're comparing the same thing every day. That said, it's possible the trigger is out of your system or almost out since you did Ovidrel!

Just for reference this is what it looked like when I did a 10,000 iu trigger (which I think is almost twice as much as Ovidrel):

My trigger shot showed up on my wondfos. I always used FMU. I don't remember when my trigger was gone but I know I had a negative pregnancy at 9 DPO. Good luck!!

I had the trigger shot Wednesday morning around 11am and decided to test out the trigger.

My wondfos were just delivered so I took a test and got a stark negative.

I've read the trigger shots can stay in your system for as long as 10-12 days.

Is the wondfo better take with FMU? Is the trigger out of my system already? Shoul I be worried that it isn't being picked up on the wondfos?
