He didn't know he wasn't supposed to! Teacher said she herself could have been in the hospital in addition to any potential kids with allergies. So I guess that's why i am hesitant to bring food. I had thought of it briefly before but i know they are strict about bringing food in because of allergies. For my son's birthday i was allowed to bring cupcakes but they had to be from a known nut free bakery. We did a card and a box of pasteries (from an amazing local bakery). They loved it. During that time he has been in 3 different classrooms so has gone through plenty of teachers. We have been very happy with the daycare and our experience here so I want to give them a card or something. My question is whether or not a card is enough? I don't have the time or money to buy individual gifts for all the teachers that have worked with him, and I am not sure what kind of gift you can give a centre in general? </p> <p>Does anyone have gift ideas or think a thank you card is enough? </p>
