She has only been there a month but I would like to thank the ladies. Do you think it would be weird to take them some cupcakes or flowers? I know they probably can't have them in the baby room but I thought if I could get some roses, each in individual water bulbs, I could put them all in a big vase and they could each take one home.</p> <p>Would it be better just to write a nice letter and give that to them? </p>
