&#60;p&#62;I plan to do the 2 protein servings for every 1 carb serving for my testing meals.  I did that for my work's holiday luncheon and my numbers were still great.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;My dietitian recommended being sensible, but to have sweets and treats, aim for a walk post dinner, and not test on that day. I think I'll be following her advice!
