It's quite a production but she says it's tradition so we just keep doing it. Usually it's her, my uncle who is an amazing chef, me, and and aunt or two prepping the table with food. She has all the food transferred to her fancy china dishes and dish after dish is brought to the long table. It looks so pretty every year and gives it such a comfy warm family feeling. Then a bunch of people will help clear and we recruit the youngest cousins to be on dish duty which is no easy feat.
