<description>&#60;p&#62;I think thawed breastmilk has about a 24 hour shelf life (from the time all the milk crystals are gone), and milk sitting out has about 4 hours (I push this to 6 sometimes as long as it doesn't smell bad).

&#60;p&#62;But how about thawed breast milk?  How long can breast milk sit out for, after it's been thawed and prepared in a bottle?
