I was having this same issue for the better part of this week since daylight savings totally screwed up LO's schedule! The 4th nap ended up lasting longer than I wanted but I needed to wake her up to do bedtime and feed her or she would end up waking up at an off time since she would be hungry. Then it was a nightmare getting her to go down for the night. Tonight she went back to her normal bedtime and no 4th nap - I hope it stays this way! I hope it goes away soon for you too!

The late afternoon nap is driving me crazy. My little guy usually eats between 3:00-4:00 and gets tired about an hour later, but it takes a long time for him to fall asleep. I feel like I am waking him up just to go through his bedtime routine, but he gets fussy if he isn't shushed down, but doesn't really want to sleep. He also isn't falling asleep as easily for bedtime any more.
How do you handle the 4th nap and when does it usually go away?
