We've used pampers swaddlers and huggies all natural newborn size, pampers swaddlers sizes 1-3, huggies snug-n-dry size 3 and pampers baby dry sizes 3-5. We found that the Huggies snug-n-dry gave DD major diaper rash, no problems with any of the pampers although the baby dry do come up high on DD's back.

I have boys and Pampers Sensitive, Baby Dry, and Huggies All Natural have been my favorites with no rash. Pampers Swaddlers are good but has a chemical scent and Pampers Cruises gave my oldest the worst rash in the summer time.

I love Seventh Generation and Earths Best. We've used both and loved them. We also used the Huggies pure and natural and it was our least favorite because it would cause those gel beads to stick to his boy parts. So not cool, so we stopped immediately using those. We have used huggies too and they're not so bad, but I do prefer the organic or more natural diapers. I know they're more expensive, but worth it in my mind.

When we use disposables we use Huggies Pure and Natural. I like that they're unscented. We use disposables when we need something very gentle and absorbent and I found that the eco-friendly diapers need changing more often...in which case I'll just use cloth.

We were given Pampers Swaddlers at the hospital. I did not like the fit on my LO. But I know a lot of parents love them.

We use the Huggies Little Snugglers. We've tried Luvs, Papers Swaddlers, Huggies Newborn (I think they're a UK brand) and the generic brand from the base exchange. The Snugglers feel the nicest and they are the only ones we don't have leak issues with.

Pampers are my least favorite too. They are so thin they feel like paper. :/
