I think it's also possible you O'ed a few days later. FF doesn't seem all that confident about where your CH are placed, and it looks like you could have O'ed on CD32, 33, or 34, which could put you at 14dpo today.

@thismustbetheplace: I feel like I've read on here before that some tests that Drs. offices use aren't actually as sensitive as some of the store bought kinds? I think?

Either way, hoping that you an answer soon!!

@Foodnerd81: @Mrs.Someone: Her schedule is really light today and she's suuuuper nice :) and yes, working here has its benefits (and downfalls!)

I'm really 99.9% sure this is a negative cycle. I just wish I had something conclusive (aka AF) Thanks for your thoughts ladies!

@thismustbetheplace: I received a BFP that many DPO, however, it resulted in a loss. Not what you wanted to hear, I'm sorry! I'm crossing my fingers for you for a positive outcome!

Must be nice to work in OB for this reason!!

@thismustbetheplace - It must just be some sort of fluke, but I hope there is good news for you in there! How nice to be able to get a random scan!

@thismustbetheplace: I'm guessing working in OB/GYN is both wonderful and horrible while TTC-- you can never take your mind off it, but then again, you have so many benefits at your fingertips, liking having the tech just scan you.
Hope you get an answer soon either way.

just regular generic HCG cassettes from work (I work at an OB/GYN). I haven't done a FRER but I have been using FMU so I would really be shocked if these didn't pick anything up at this point. They were clearly negative, no matter how much I tried to pretend a line was there :)

I may have the ultrasound tech scan me quickly over lunch and see if a sac is present.

I did make it to 18 DPO once, when I was not pregnant, but my LP was 16 to 17 days normally anyway and then my period started that day. Of course, I was convinced I was pregnant, even though we were still avoiding, but nope.

But I would say you are definitely still in the game. I've heard of people not getting their BFPs until pretty late. I got mine at 13 DPO and you could really only see it on the FRER. The Wondfos barely showed a line for a couple more days-- it was there, but so so faint unless you were squinting you would miss it. What kind of test are you using?

@thismustbetheplace - There is a chance you had a m/c actually (and your HCG never rose much)... I made it to 16dpo, though I did get positive tests, and the tests at the doc's office was negative. Either way, "cruel joke" as I've seen it described!

I think TCOYF says 18 temps above your coverline, so technically... but I still hope it's a BFP!

@thismustbetheplace - Hmm, your chart is a tough one. I think your O could be off a day or so, but that wouldn't make a huge difference. Unfortunately, I think today's temp dip isn't a good sign though, sorry :(

My friend went over 3 weeks with negative tests and was actually pregnant! It was only detected via blood test at the Dr.'s office. Good luck!!!

BD'd on O-2 and O, which is why I held out some hope for a positive :)

@thismustbetheplace - Sorry you're frustrated :( I've never heard of someone actually going that long with BFNs. Maybe share your chart so we can chime in on if we think your O date is right?

TCOYF tells us that if we make it to 18DPO with high temps and no AF, that there is a good chance that we're pregnant. Has anyone made it to this point with a BFN? I feel like i'm going crazy. Every test i've taken has been negative. I've never had a luteal phase longer than 16 days and today is 17DPO. My temp dropped even with the cover line today, but no real signs of impending AF (I usually spot a few days prior and have very distinct cramps).

I know it's very rare to have negative urine tests this late and actually be pregnant. It seems like most of the people i've seen on this board have had BFPs 8-12DPO. Anyone with a similar experience or a super late positive?

my chart for reference: My Ovulation Chart
