Maybe the same writer? I forget, but there's definitely a connection between the two besides the similar story!</p> <p>But yes, it's an interesting concept! I hope we never have to experience this in our lifetime (or ever) because infertility is so heartbreaking - I can't imagine how horrible that must be if everyone in the world experiences it. It makes me kind of sad for the thread... I know it makes no sense! :)</p> <p>I did see children of men and a lot of the online articles that reviewed the lottery mentioned that. I don't understand the "suicide" situation. If the world is in a fertility crisis and they know of an egg donor who's egg was viable, WHY would they kill her off????? It just makes NO sense! What if more of her eggs are viable??? </p>
