I'm thinking it's a larger piece of mesh for men and the entanglement issue is reduced. My DH actually wears boxers under his swim trunks so maybe this won't be an issue for us because our son might always wear a diaper or underwear underneath it.</p> <p>I wonder if the swim trunks that caused this incident wasn't sewn near the bottom near the legs to keep the mesh in place. She could have at least requested to stay anonymous or not provided PICTURES. </p> <p>I will not be cutting it out. I know someone who zipped his penis in the zipper of his pants (just wasn't paying attention), I will still allow my son to wear zippered pants.
