My LO has nasal congestion so I was thinking of doing Mrs. Blue's elevation trick, but she also flails around a lot so the suit might help. And she rolls back to front like there's no tomorrow. But it's a back-only sleeping method. It really restricts them. It totally reminds me of those protective suits they wear when training police dogs. If your LO will sleep on her back, it might help. I put E in just a diaper. She didn't seem overly warm, and she tends to run warm so I think it's ok! We keep a fan going in her room, too.</p> <p>I definitely wish I had bought it used because it was more expensive to not have planned ahead, but oh well.
