I didn't finish J's until he was 9 months old! Haha.

He slept in our room/with us until he was 4 months old. The. He had a crib, dresser, changing table and toy box. We moved when he was 7 months and that's when I put effort into doing his room :)

Ohhh ladies you make me smile. We have a changing table, dresser, chair and crib. There is a billy bookcase with our *stuff* in it. LO has like 2 cubbies ha! Someday. Not really worried about it though. He prefers our room :)

We didn't have a nursery for about 4 months with daughter #1 and then we moved when daughter #2 was about 6 months old. Both rooms are sort of done now, finally and daughter #2 just turned 1!

hahah LO occupies a corner of his room.. the rest is bookshelves, a giant work table with computers, and random storage all over the floor :*(

our place is so small there is nowhere to put anything!

will have to re organize for LO#2, who will be sharing a room with his/her older brother! :)

My daughter's room has a crib (with no sheets), a glider (with no cushion), a dresser (that actually has clothes in it) and that's about it. We painted it before she was born but that's as far as we got. She's only two months old so will still be in our room for a little while, but I am starting to feel bad about the empty room.

My LO will be turning 2 next month, and his room is still incomplete. His walls are bare, and I've been meaning to hang up frames ever since I was pregnant. I'm indecisive to say the least. I also have a blanket draped over his window to block out light. Very ghetto but more effective than his curtains.

Lo's room wasn't even started until after she was born, and was pretty much finished when she was 4 months, but now it's become the spare room and LO is still in her crib in our roo and will probably stay that way until we move (currently living with in-laws)

Till he was 1 month he was in our room, then till 6 months he was in the living room. Now he has his own "room" that is a closet. Nothing on the walls...

Neither of my kids had a bonafide decorated nursery, so don't feel bad. I'm just not a decorator (literally, I do not have a single piece of artwork or frames on my wall), and I figured for the very short time that they would be in that stage, it wasn't really worth my trouble. I don't even have an excuse that we don't have enough space. We have one bedroom per person in the house, with an additional office... But when my DD moved into a big girl bed, we did paint the walls for her and let her stick some decals on the wall. I thought about getting some curtains for her and a some cute artwork.. but we are also thinking of moving, so you see how the cycle continues!

I keep seeing all these cute nurserys and I am like yeahhhhhh not in this house yet.

We did buy some art for his wall and some paper poms that I need to hang.

We’ve been on both sides of the nursery issue, haha. When LO was born we were in our old home and had a dedicated nursery. We ended up co-sleeping and LO was only in the nursery for diaper changes. Then we moved when LO was 6 months old. She has her own bedroom in our new house (we don’t have a space issue) but we’ve done nothing to make it a nursery. Haven’t painted the walls, put up any decals/wall art/etc. She still only is in her room for diaper changes! If I could go back in time, I would not have worried one bit about having a nursery in place!

We have very little storage in our current apartment, so our second bedroom is currently used as a nursery/storage/guest room.

This is exactly how it will end up being for us. We currently live in the equivalent of a 2 bedroom apartment (We rent out our basement). Our office/storage room is really the only place we could put a changing table or crib. When we eventually have a kid we'll probably have him sleep in our room and eventually move him in to the nursery hybrid. We don't plan on moving until 1.5-2 years from now, so depending on when we get pregnant it could be a while before our LO would have his own room!

We live in a 1bdr apt so she has always just been in our room. We didn't even fancy up her wall, it is just her crib and mobile! Now we are moving and she will have her own room so I really want to make it nice.

I have a confession bees - we don't have a legit nursery.

We are working toward it but it just wasn't a priority. Not that I don't want LO to have his 'own' room it's just that we don't have a whole ton of space.

LO's bedroom used to be our office + storage. We reorganized before LO was born but it is still a mix of his stuff + ours.

For the first 6 months he was in our room. We moved him into his crib in the 2nd bedroom but it wasn't done up all fancy. Now at 8mo we are cosleeping and I am starting to pull together his room.

Are we the ony ones who didn't or don't have their baby's room all done up?
