@Rainbow Sprinkles: I already have my eye on the duet for when the next baby comes along!

We are going with the contours bliss this time around. The MB Cosmopolitan drove a bit nicer, but I didn't find it as user friendly as the Bliss, which was super easy for me to use. I'm super excited to get it and start using it!

@debbiei8: DH and I love the broadway, it's so cool! I wish it folded with the seat attached.

Moms - how annoying would it be to have a stroller that you have to take the seat off to fold?

@T-Mom: My 4.5 36 lber loves it! He always asks for it. I think 40 lbs might be okay? Try it and if you hear cracking then it's not. LOL! My kids are 31 and 36 lbs each and, so far, it's been okay. It's just hard to go up and down sidewalks so I just tell my oldest to step off for a second.

Yeah, the Pliko style is very traditional compared to all the new ones these days. I sooo wanted a tandem (City Select) but it's just soooo heavy. Plus, my youngest is 31 lbs and growing fast so there's no need to buy another stroller. We have three already and that's after I got rid of two.

The only thing it doesn't have is a built in car seat attachment. http://www.valcobaby.com/products/strollers/model/spark.html

@loveisstrange: Good to know. They do have a 4 wheel one, so it is definitely been on my short list. I feel like the more I look the more confused I get! I need to just pick and stick with it!

@catomd00: Nope. It's bigger than it seems. I can fit quite a lot in there. I honestly am really happy with the City Mini. The carseat adaptor snaps in easy and you don't have to take it off when folding. It's really light (15lbs). It has a HUGE canopy, which is a major plus. Plus it has lots of extras to make it modular (running board, bassinet, pram, etc) and tons of accessories and add-ons. I love the rubbery handle, I find it really comfortable to hold. I really like the central brake system, so you only have to use one brake instead of two. The one-handed fold is great. Plus, if you buy from Buy Buy Baby, you can use a 20% coupon and it's only $200.

I wanted a lightweight stroller with a decent basket, large canopy and was easy to fold/unfold and get in and out of my car. It totally fit the bill. Im going to probably purchase the bassinet for our next baby.

@catomd00: Honestly, 4 wheel and stands when folded would go first for me, if you're wanting to sacrifice something. I LOVE our 3-wheeled City Mini. The single front wheel makes it so much more maneuverable. It doesnt meet all your other needs (not quite FULL recline, and has a carseat adaptor) but there are other 3 wheelers that might.

I agree with others that if you really want the graco, I would just get it--let your mom get something else. But on your list, I would not care about the carseat adapter--almost all strollers fold with them attached so they're really not a big deal.

@catomd00: I would compromise on the weight. To get what you want, you may have to go a little over the 25 lb limit . . . The B-Ready is 26 pounds, for example. I don't consider that to be a sacrifice when in return you get everything else on your list.

@catomd00: I promise I'm not trying to sell the vista to you!! ;) but the rumble seat is VERY simple to use. BUT I have heard of older children who don't like it because their face is so close to the other seat. Wagon Jr. has never minded it and has even climbed in and fallen asleep in the rumble seat. So it works for us.

We have a side by side double but it's so hard to maneuver (the bigger your kids are, the harder it is to maneuver!) so we just use the vista wherever we go. Like you, it's just for walks or the mall. I think jogger side by side doubles are easier to maneuver but we don't want to spend that $$$ if we don't use it for actual jogging!

We got ours at 40% off with a friends and family discount and we got our rumble seat, infant adapter and piggyback board used off craigslist. We plan on selling the whole thing as a package in a few years for a really reasonable price and make most of our money back.

@LuLu Mom: Thanks for the info. I don't forsee our stroller getting tons of use since we will both be working, other then walks around the neighborhood. We also have to drive everywhere!

Part of me just doesn't see the point in spending tons on a stroller that isn't going to get lots of use every day. My mom keeps talking up the rumble seat for the vista, but I also don't see the point in them because 1. my sister never uses hers (she got a side by side when she had #2) and 2. they just look like a pain to use!

I found stands when folded to be very important since we don't have any hall closets or a garage in our house. I'd say give up on the no adapter thing-- most strollers that use an adapter for an infant carseat can keep the adapter on at all times. So it's not like you have to assemble the stroller + adapter every time you use the stroller. Also, I don't like the idea of two seats on a stroller at once (non-removable regular seat plus infant carseat on top of that). I love my uppababy vista but it definitely is heavy! But I didn't mind because I never had to carry it anywhere... just pull out of the trunk and put it back in. The adapter clicks in the same way the seat clicks in. You will only be using the infant adapter for a little while. My kids were out of the infant carseat at around 7 months because it was too heavy to lift in and out of the car with them in it.
