The idea is that if you are offering non-food goodies during trick or treating you put a teal pumpkin in front of your house. That way families know that your house is a safe place to trick or treat if they have severe allergies, or even if they have less severe allergies but don't want to worry with checking individual items. </p> <p>I think it is such an awesome way to help out food allergy families.
