After waiting for 2 weeks I decided to try out acupuncture on the recommendation of a friend. Hours after my acupuncture appointment AF showed up. The next month my cycle was back to normal. In hindsight it was a stressful month for me. On top of that I got so excited and I think I ended up stressing myself out more waiting for a BFP or AF to show up. Got a BFP friday morning! I've found that the best way for me to avoid testing too early is to go to the bathroom as soon as I get up so that I can't pee. I think so much of this is a mind game. My cycles are usually 28 days, I am currently on day 34 with no sign of AF. I got my hopes up and took a pregnancy test this morning but it was negative. I feel like a crazy person waiting for my body to do it's thing and let me know what is going on inside!
